- A technological process for telling a computer which tasks to perform.
- Example: She enjoys programming because it allows her to create websites and apps from scratch.

- noun
- Instructions written in a programming language.
- Example: He used code to make a game.

- noun
- A set of instructions for solving a problem.
- Example: An algorithm is a set of steps to solve a problem.

- bug
- noun
- An error in a program that causes it to behave unexpectedly.
- Example: He found a bug in his game that made the character walk through walls.

- database
- noun
- A structured set of data held in a computer, especially one that is accessible in various ways.
- Example: The app stores all user information in a database.

- noun
- A program that translates code from one language to another.
- Example: The compiler changes code into a language the computer can understand.

- noun
- The language computers use, made of 0s and 1s.
- Example: The computer reads data in binary, turning it into text and images on the screen.

- A thing created from a class. It has the features and actions that the class describes.
- Example: The object is the actual car that can drive.

- noun
- A block of reusable code that performs a specific task.It can be used anywhere.
- Example: This function prints "Hello World!" on the screen.

- loop
- noun
- A control structure that repeats a block of code.
- Example: The loop repeats the steps to add up all the numbers.

- statement
- noun
- A single line of code that tells the computer to do something.
- Example: The if statement checks if the number is positive.

- noun
- An instance is a specific example created from a class. Each instance has its own unique values, even though it’s based on the same blueprint (the class).
- Example: The car instance has a red color and can drive.

- To bring in something (like a library) to use in your code.
- Example: You can import the library to use its functions.

- A function that is part of an object or class and works on that object.

- syntax
- noun
- The rules of how code must be written in a programming language.It can differ from one language to another.
- Example: The syntax of Python requires that you tab your code correctly, or it will result in an error.
